We’re back again with another Arc System Works double feature: GGST and GBVRS later in the evening, and then 2XKO and SF6 to start the show. This 2XKO bracket will have in-game rewards and a Chipotle gift card going to the winner, so get grinding cause the competition’s going to be realer than that guac.
As always, in addition to the brackets listed, casuals are welcome for any game all night if setups are available, so please bring your favorite game out!
2XKO Prizes
There will be special prizes on offer for 2XKO! We’re participating in Riot’s community league, which means you’ll earn in-game rewards just for participating, in addition to our other prizes! Be sure to connect your Riot account with start.gg ahead of time and pre-register to claim that reward. Here’s what you can win:
- 1st place: The “Local Legend 2026” in-game title, and a Chipotle gift card!
- First time bracket champions will win $30.
- If you haven’t won either of the previous two brackets, you’ll get $20.
- Recent victors will still win a cool $10.
- 2nd place: A physical goodie from the mystery prize box. Pins, keychains, all sorts of stuff.
- Participation: 3000 in-game credits. Additionally, after entering 5 tournaments, you’ll receive an in-game avatar outfit.
We’re committing to offering these in-person prizes every bracket through at least the end of June, so there’s plenty of time to hit the lab and push for 1st!
Fee and Schedule
Doors open at 7pm, please pay your $5 venue fee on arrival. The venue fee is paid to Larry’s Game Store directly, either in-person while the shop is open, or on the LGS website after hours. This is what allows us to continue using the space, so please make sure you’ve paid before you leave!
We will be playing in the shop’s event space, which is two doors to the left of the shop itself. Any game entry fees are collected by that game’s TO, are CASH ONLY, and will be paid out as prizes. The event schedule is detailed in the Events section of the sidebar, and is also always listed on the Magic Pixel Events page.
Participants must bring their own controller and any necessary adapter, though we do have a limited number of community PS4 controllers and Brook PS5 adapters available. We rely on all of you to be able to run our brackets, so please bring your setup out (a playstation with the game + all character DLC + a monitor) if you are able!
